As part of the conceptualization team and project coordinator for Samsung's Milan Design Week 2026 presence, I contributed to developing the design strategy while managing cross-functional execution. The installation functions as a laboratory where advanced design concepts and selected commercial products demonstrate Samsung's evolving relationship with technology and users.

STEP / 01

CONCEPTUALIZATION

Contributed to brainstorming sessions that shaped the exhibition's narrative and visual direction. Participated in theme development, concept refinement, and strategic decisions about how to position Samsung's design vision for the European audience.

STEP / 02

CROSS-STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT

Bridged communication and material flow between Samsung Korea, Samsung Europe, and the creative agency. Translated requirements across teams, resolved alignment issues, and ensured consistent messaging and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.

STEP / 03

EVENT COORDINATION & COMMUNICATION

Managed logistics and timeline across vendors, spatial planning, and press materials. Ensured seamless execution from concept to installation, coordinating all moving parts needed to bring the exhibition to life on schedule and within scope.
